Trophies will be awarded to first place winner in each}^category^.^{A Grand Prize Trophy will be awarded to the overall winner.}^{winners will be determined by a panel of
independent judges}

All contestants are equal. There will not be Professional/Amateur Classifications.
Contestants must provide all needed equipment and supplies.
Entry fees will not be refunded for any reason.
BBQ entries must be ready for judging by 5:30pm.
Participants can set up in designated area on Friday June 27th beginning at 7:00am.
You will be able to sell BBQ all day to the public. Merchants on the square will be conducting sidewalk sales throughout the day.

6:00pm. Winners in the barbeque competition will be announced at
7:45pm. Live entertainment begins at 8:00pm.}

A limited number of barbeque vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
