Another Kosciusko Whippet football player is continuing his career  at the collegiate level.

On Thursday, Lane Outlaw signed a letter of intent to play football for Mississippi College.

In two seasons as a starter for the Whippets, Outlaw was a vital part of the team’s offense, defense, and special teams units.

He started games at tight-end, left tackle, and defensive end. He also handled punting duties for the Whippets for the past two seasons.

Outlaw recently represented Kosciusko in the Marcus Dixon McInerney All-American Bowl in Myrtle Beach, SC.
