The Kosciusko Police Department has announced a new way to give tickets.
In a Facebook post, the department said it will now be issuing post arrest/misdemeanor citations.
According to the post, these tickets can be given for minor violations without the need for an arrest.
Examples of these violations are dogs not being on a leash, people in the park after hours, and open containers.
