KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–A person with a history of not showing up for court and who did not have a valid drivers license also had a warrant out for his arrest and was caught during a traffic stop Friday night in Kosciusko.
Shaquille Mabry, of Pickens, had a warrant with Carthage Police.
The pull-over by Kosciusko Police was at the intersection of Hwys. 14 and 43 at 11:15 Friday night.
Mabry had failed to appear in court three times in Oxford and had at one time, a suspended license in Carthage. When he was pulled over Friday, he had no valid license and a state ID card only.
He was driven to the Leake County line, where he was transferred to Carthage Police to face a judge on his Carthage warrant.
