Kosciusko’s Cory Guyton Jr. has been named an All-Star by the Mississippi Association of Coaches (MAC).
As an all-star, Guyton Jr. will play in the MAC North/South game in March.
This season, Guyton Jr. has helped lead the Whippets to a 17-3 record and a Clarion-Ledger Top 20 ranking (16).
He averages 14.3 points per game and had a season high of 39 points Thursday night in the Whippets’ 82-40 win over Houston.
The MAC North/South All-Star games will be played at A.E. Wood Coliseum on the campus of Mississippi College Saturday, March 15. The 1A/2A/3A/4A boy’s game will be played at approximately 1:30
