Attala County first responders were kept busy on Sunday, Feb. 9, responding to multiple incidents throughout the day.
At 10:18 a.m., deputies were called to a residence on Attala Road 5233 to remove an individual from the property. Later, at 3:26 p.m., officers responded to an attempted break-in on Attala Road 1144.
Emergency crews including Attala County Deputies, MHP, EMS, Attala County Fire Department, and Sallis Volunteers, were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on Hwy 12 W near Sudduth Road at 3:45 p.m. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Deputies responded to another crash on Hwy 12 E near the airport where a vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported in that incident either.
