Kosciusko Police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with a kidnapping and armed robbery case involving two minor victims.
The investigation began on May 12, 2025, when one of the victims reported being taken at gunpoint and having personal belongings stolen.
Police later identified and arrested Ricky Luckett, 17, of Kosciusko. He is charged as an adult with two counts of kidnapping and two counts of armed robbery. His bond totals $300,000.
