Jonathan Stokes, 22 of Kosciusko, was arrested on Thursday, November 20, 2025, and charged with molesting, touching of a minor child for lustful purposes and grooming.
The arrest came after the MS Dept of Human Services contacted the Kosciusko Police Department regarding an ongoing investigation dealing with a 10-year-old child who was allegedly being touched.
Kosciusko Police Department conducted an investigation and determined that the child had been groomed and molested by Stokes.
Jonathan Stokes is being held at the Leake County Correctional Facility, and his bond has been set at $200,000.
