An Attala County teen is facing serious charges after gunfire entered a nearby home and narrowly missed the homeowner.
William Isaiah Reeves, 17, of Attala County, has been charged as an adult with Shooting Into an Occupied Dwelling and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $100,000 for each charge, totaling $200,000.
Reeves reportedly stated he fired shots at some masked men in a vehicle that he believed he saw nearby. The bullets instead struck a residence, coming dangerously close to the person inside.
The incident remains under investigation.
