Entergy Says Bills Will Be Higher

SHARE NOW

If you get your electricity from Entergy, your bill is going up.  The company says the typical residential customer can expect to pay about $165 a month starting in February.  That’s an increase of more than $14.  Entergy says the price of natural gas which is used to generate electricity will be higher this year.  And the fuel adjustment has been approved by the Mississippi Public Service Commission.   The company is encouraging customers to go online to BillToolKit.entergy.com to check out ways to lower your power bill.   Entergy serves 45 counties in Mississippi including Attala, Holmes, Leake, Carroll, Montgomery and Choctaw.

Every body is going up on the bills but our pay checks aren’t going up. Hours are getting cut. Somebody needs to give us a break. We’re all going to be in homeless camps soon.

If dead trees were cut and cleared from falling onto the lines would help. Even though utility line right of ways have been cleared, there is still some on county and MS state highway right of ways and private land owners that can fall onto these lines. The dead trees need to be cut down. When the wind blows out our direction, lights go out Everytime. This last time was for 12 hours!!! One dead tree fell into the highway and had to be cut out of the way. 12 hours later, lights back on!!!

Theft at its finest. Continue to let power provider steal from residents. This is why no state should have 1 power provider to give the residents choices instead of being stuck with a singular option…
