Frozen Beef Complaints Sunday in Attala

Update: A listener sent in a photo (below) of the cattle in question and the location has been clarified as Hwy 14 near Attala Rd. 5105.


On Sunday, January 25 around 3:15 p.m., Attala Deputies responded to complaints about cows being out in the cold in a pasture near the intersection of Hwy 14 and Hwy 19. The caller stated the cows were out in the freezing weather with no shelter, water, or food. Deputies checked on the cattle and stated they were out enjoying grass and hay and seemed to be just fine.
