The Kosciusko Lady Whippets played the opening round of the MHSAA Class 4A Playoffs tonight against the Lady Wildcats of Clarksdale and failed to advance to round two falling to the Lady Wildcats by 3 points, 37-34. The loss ends the season for the Lady Whippets who finish the season 18-10 overall. Zanyla Peteet was named tonight’s player of the game.
