Two local softball standouts will represent their schools in an upcoming all-star showcase.
Ether’s Hadlee Fancher and Karli Fortenberry have been selected to participate in the 2026 Cornerstone Rehabilitation All-Star Softball Games, sponsored by the Mississippi Association of Coaches (MAC).
Both will compete in the 1A/2A/3A/4A Junior All-Star Games for the South Team.
This is Fortenberry’s 2nd straight year to play participate in the All-Star Weekend. Last year, she played in the Rising Stars All-Star Game.
The MAC All-Star Softball Weekend will be held Thursday, May 28 through Friday, May 29, 2026 at Jones College in Ellisville. Admission is $10 per day. Tickets will be available at the gate and through GoFan.

Thursday, May 28:
• 4:00 PM – 5A/6A/7A Junior All-Star Softball Game 1
• 6:00 PM – Player Introductions & Presentation of State Championship Plaques
• 6:30 PM – 1A/2A/3A/4A Junior All-Star Softball Game 1
• 8:30 PM – Rising Stars Game 1
Friday, May 29:
• 10:00 AM – 1A/2A/3A/4A Junior All-Star Game 2
• 12:00 PM – Rising Stars Game 2
• 2:00 PM – 5A/6A/7A Junior All-Star Game 2
