UPDATE: Due to expected weather conditions, tonight’s Style Entertainment concert has been moved to an indoor location.
Organizers announced the free concert, originally scheduled to be held outdoors at Renasant Bank Park, will now take place at The Guitar Academy in downtown Kosciusko.
The performance will still be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday evening and will serve as the kickoff event for the 56th annual Natchez Trace Festival.
Despite the change in location, organizers say the show will go on as planned, with the band expected to deliver the same high-energy performance in a more comfortable indoor setting.
Officials encourage residents to continue monitoring festival and community pages for additional updates as weather conditions develop throughout the evening and weekend.
Style Entertainment will take the stage to kick off the 56 annual Natchez Trace Festival in Kosciusko later this month.
The live performance is scheduled for Friday, April 24, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Renasant Bank Park in downtown Kosciusko, near Moomba.
Organizers invite residents and visitors to bring lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of music with friends in the heart of the city.
The event is sponsored by Bank of Commerce and Angel Albin MacDonald State Farm.
The concert serves as the opening night of the Natchez Trace Festival, which continues with the main festival activities on Saturday, April 25.
