The City of Kosciusko is continuing infrastructure improvements with targeted repairs on several streets showing foundation issues.
Mayor Tim Kyle said crews are currently addressing problem areas on Woodard Street, located in the subdivision off Highway 43 North, as well as Woodland Street, which runs across from Jordan Funeral Home and connects to a county road.
The city is using a method that involves removing weakened sections of roadway and rebuilding the base with crushed concrete before paving.
Officials expect both streets, along with other ongoing projects, to be paved in late summer or early fall.
