Families beat the summer heat Thursday afternoon during the Waterworks program at the Attala County Library, enjoying water games, water blasters, and outdoor activities.
The event featured a special visit from the Attala County Fire Department, which brought out a fire truck and sprayed water for children to run through during the afternoon.
