The murder trial of Bryan Weaver, who is charged in the death of his wife, Tracy Weaver, begins today, Monday, August 31, and is scheduled to continue through Friday, September 4.
Weaver was indicted for first-degree murder in February 2025 in connection with the August 2023 shooting death of his wife, Tracy Weaver, who was found dead inside the couple’s Attala County home.
