Bryan Weaver has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2023 shooting death of his wife, Tracy Weaver.
Judge Joseph Loper has sentenced Bryan Weaver to serve the remainder of his natural life in prison.
The verdict was handed down Thursday afternoon following a four-day trial at the Attala County Courthouse.
Tracy Weaver, 46, was found shot to death inside the couple’s home on August 28, 2023. Bryan Weaver was indicted on a first-degree murder charge in February 2025.
