At 4:30 pm Kosciusko Police, MedStat EMS along with City Fire responded to highway 12 in front of Wendy’s for a report of a two vehicle MVA. Emergency personnel arrived on scene to find the west bound land and turn lane completely blocked. One patient was transported for medical treatment.
