At 4:57 pm Kosciusko Police, MedStat EMS along with City Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a two vehicle MVA at the highway 35 and 12 intersection by Wendy’s. The caller said one pickup was leaking fluid. Medics checked all occupants but medical transport was refused. No word at this time as to the cause of the accident. The Kosciusko Police Department will be in charge of the investigation.
