At 8:33 am Attala County Fire was dispatched to a residence on highway 43 south for a report of smoke in a house.
At 3:15 pm Kosciusko Fire was called to highway 35 north for a report of a woods fire. The caller said it was near the Frank’s Chevrolet.
At 6:42 pm Attala County Fire was dispatched to Attala Road 4216 for a tree on fire. The caller said a tree fell on to a power line.
