For the second year in a row the Holmes Community College Men’s Basketball team will play for the Region 23 Tournament Championship.
The Bulldogs advanced to the title game after a 45-43 win over Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Thursday night.
Holmes will face a familiar opponent in the title game. The Bulldogs will square against off the Wildcats of Pear River Community College.
The two teams met in last year’s tournament final, a game Holmes won 77-64.
Tonight’s game is set for a 7:00 pm tip at the A.E. Wood Coliseum on the campus of Mississippi College.
