At 1:33 pm Attala Deputies along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to Attala Road 3245 just off of Hwy 35 North for a report of a vehicle fire. The caller said that a van was on fire. While en-route emergency personnel noted that smoke was showing from the highway. Firefighters arrived on scene and notified responding units that it was close to a structure. The fire was contained by 1:48 pm. No injuries were reported. All fire personnel cleared at 2:12 pm.
