Vehicle Rollover on Hwy. 14 West

At approximately 5:00 pm Attala Central Fire, Sallis Volunteers, and Attala County Deputies were called to a vehicle rollover on Hwy. 14 West approx. 2.5 miles off of Hwy. 43 South. Officials arrived on scene at 5:11 pm and there were no signs of entrapment but multiple injuries were reported. Emergency Services were called to the scene due to the driver complaining of back and neck injuries.

4:04 am – Kosciusko Police received calls of a tree down at the intersection of Jennings Street and College Street.

5:38 am– Kosciusko Police received calls of a tree down on the Natchez Trace at mile marker 153.

6:55 am – Kosciusko Police were called to Wildwood Terrace after reports of a car being stolen, wrecked, and then returned.

10:30 am – Kosciusko Police responded to a disturbance at Cannonade Apartments.

6:31 pm – Attala County Deputies responded to a breaking and entering on Attala Road 5216.

7:36 pm – Kosciusko Police responded to a dispute between a father and son on McBride Street.

8:37 pm – Attala County Deputies were called to a car vs. deer accident at the intersection of Hwy. 35 and Hwy. 19. No injuries were reported.

8:45  pm – Attala Central Fire, McCool volunteers and Ethel Volunteers responded to calls of a camper fire on Attala Road 5234. Firefighters arrived on scene at 9:04 pm. The fire was put out at 10:00 pm and no injuries were reported.

8:50 pm- Attala County Deputies responded to calls of a dispute on College Street in Ethel.

8:50 pm –Kosciusko Police were called to a home on Cannonade Street to remove an unwanted person from the property.
