KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–A fire at a deer camp on Hwy. 12 west, near the Attala/Holmes county line, was reported Saturday afternoon.
The fire was started by a power line that feel and was reported as an electrical fire that possible turned into a woods fire.
When firefighters got on the scene they reported the fire wasn’t large. Entergy was notified about the downed power line and a pole had also fallen, which had a transformer on it, according to one volunteer firefighter.
The fire was reported contained shortly before 2.
