IT needs to be cleared up that the door kicking in and all happened across the street at the old apartment on the other side of the street. We at court square apartment are older and our family members are very worried about us after what was stated.

Information very incorrect. No door was kicked in at court square village. The disturbance was across the street at Doty apartment and the altercation continued into the public street. Court square village is well run with quality tenants. No criminal activity tolerated. Tenants are screened. Doty apartments was the site where disturbance occurred
