KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–A man was hit by a car on Atkinson St. in Kosciusko just after 2 a.m. Saturday.
Shortly after the initial call it was determined that a woman had hit the man with her care and an ambulance was dispatched.
Before the ambulance could get there dispatch was informed that the man had run off and could not be located. Police then went to check the emergency room to see if the man had come in.
He was not located.
