KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–A person was reported to have been run over by a car shortly before 7 p.m. on Attala Rd. 1010. Attala County deputies were called to the scene and told that the car had left.
The car was described as a white Nissan Murano with one headlight out. The person who gave the dispatcher the decription thought they may have known where the car would be headed.
An ambulance was called to respond.
A deputy reported shortly afterward that the person was not transported to the hospital.
It was unclear whether an arrest was made.
