KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–A woman was shot in the foot Saturday night at the Campbell Motel on Hwy. 12 in Kosciusko, according to police communication.
The call came in shortly before 8 p.m. about a woman who had been shot in the foot. She was in one room and the shooter was in the room next to hers when 911 was called.
Police responded quickly and reported they had a man in custody. An ambulance was called for the woman.
