A Kosciusko Whippets track athlete has repeated as a state champion. Junior Presley Fulgham captured her second straight pole vaulting championship Friday at Pearl High School. Additionally, senior Jerrell Erving finished second in the discus throw and sophomore Raven Pernell placed third in the long jump.
