Geoffrey is out on bond. He swerved talking to Siri and was pulled over.
He registered just above legal of .07 and hit .08 He was made to spend almost 2 days in jail and never crossed the median but rather drifted to the line and jerked back. He takes responsibility for the truth in this matter and will appear in court on September 9th. If you hit your breaks hard and get pulled over and blow .08 you will be charged like someone that can’t see strait , throwing up and literally in the other lane fully and not just on the line.
New Rookie MHP will work you over however they only can a**ume what they see but as we know it’s what is seen and proven in court. Lord have mercy on this 1st time offender at .08 and it looks like a blessing in disguise as we are all sinners that have fallen short. 70 times 7 and glory to Jesus n**ody was injured.

If he blew a .07 then he obviously had alcohol in him at some point….right? I mean, you don’t just blow a random .07-.08 and not have had anything to drink. Second of all, how do you swerve talking to SIRI? That’s a hands free phone perk. You literally just say “hey siri” and she responds. Unless you’re talking about an actual person named Siri and again, that’s not texting. That’s talking. Shouldn’t swerve. I think you better just let Geoffrey just pay his dues and not fight this. There’s no case at all. He’s guilty. Just pay the fine and be done.

Hmm, I think John S might actually be Geoffrey.

It doesn’t matter what Geoffrey was doing when he swerved. If there was a police officer behind him and witnessed the swerve, the police officer has every right to pull the driver over. If that officer then suspected alcohol to be involved, it makes perfect sense why he would request the driver do a breathalyzer test; .08 is the legal limit. That means you are guilty of DUI if you blow a .08 or higher. How closely to .07 you blew makes no difference. As soon as you get to .08, you’re guilty. Geoffrey has no case and will likely be embarrassed in court.
