The Attala County Library will host a Braille Literacy Symposium Friday, Jan. 24 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
The event is to help promote braille literacy and support individuals with visual impairments.
Presenters Include:
- Mississippi Library Commission’s Talking Books Program
- MDRS Center for Independent Living for the Blind
- Mississippi Chapter of the Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind (MAER)
- National Federation of the Blind (NFB)
