Attala County Emergency Responders Handle Multiple Incidents Thursday

Attala County deputies and emergency personnel responded to several incidents on Thursday, March 13.

At 12:20 a.m., deputies arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Attala Road 2245. No injuries were reported.

Later, at 7:40 a.m., Kosciusko Police were called to a convenience store on Hwy 12, where an individual allegedly stole drinks and caused a disturbance. Officers removed the suspect from the property.

Deputies were also dispatched at 11 a.m. to a residence on Hwy 19 W in McAdams to remove an individual.

That evening, at 7:10 p.m., the Attala County Fire Department responded to a reported grass fire near the Holly Hill rest area on the Natchez Trace. Upon arrival, firefighters determined it was a controlled burn and no action was needed.

    Where is hwy 19W in mcadams? Are you meaning Hwy 12W. There is not such Hwy 19W
