The Attala County Justice Court has announced that it’s holding a Fee Waiver Period.
This waiver period will allow anyone with outstanding fines such as traffic violations or misdemeanor charges to pay those fines and have the contempt of court fees waived.
This is similar to the Municipal Court Amnesty Days put on by the City of Kosciusko last month.
Fines can be paid at the Attala County Justice Court located at 254 Highway 12 West in Kosciusko.
