The Attala County Self-Help Co-Op is hosting a Founders Day Celebration on October 12 in Sallis. The day begins at 10 am with a parade in downtown Sallis that will include antique and custom trucks & cars, tractors and farm equipment. 4-wheelers and ATVs, motorcycles, and horses, and the McAdams High School Band. Line-up begins at the Mt. Olive Multi-Purpose Center, then reassemble after the parade for informational segments, a live auction, raffle, and speakers. Lunch will also be provided.
