From the Attala County Sheriff’s Department: During a routine traffic stop, the Flowood Police Department discovered an active Aggravated Assault warrant on Joseph Wayne Shepard in Attala County. Shepard is now jailed at Leake County Correctional. The Attala County Sheriff’s Office commends the hard work and vigilance of Flowood PD.
