The Oprah Winfrey Boys and Girls Club held its annual 2018, C.A.R.E. Banquet Thursday night
The guests were presented with amazing food and great entertainment as well as a special keynote speaker: Mrs. Christin Gates Calloway.
She is an alumna of The Boys and Girls Club and a graduate of Kosciusko High School.
Mrs. Calloway earned degrees from The University of Mississippi and Harvard.
The audience enjoyed listening to the Kosciusko native share stories from her past.
“Great futures start here at The Boys and Girls Club with strong roots and strong wings,” stated Mrs. Calloway at the closing of her speech.
