The burn ban for Attala County has been lifted in light of recent heavy rains.
Attala Fire Chief Tim Cox tells Breezy News the board of supervisors voted to lift the ban this morning effective immediately.
“We appreciate the public’s patience and compliance during the ban, and we encourage responsible burning going forward,” says Cox.
