One of the biggest names in country music is coming to Philadelphia.
Grammy award winner Chris Stapleton will perform at The Ellis Theatre Saturday, April 12.
All proceeds from the concert will go towards on the ongoing consturction of Mary Stuart’s Congress of Country Music.
There will be two shows that day, with the firts at 5:00 pm and a second show at 8:00 pm.
On the streets outside of The Ellis Theatre, The Congressional Sessions featuring performances by Grace Bowers and Brittney Spencer will begin at noon. Additionally, Stapleton’s concerts inside will be simulcasted outside on a 22 ft screen to those outside the theater.
Tickets to the event go on sale Wednesday, March 12 at 10:00 am at EllisTheater.org.
