The Kosciusko Police Department has made three burglary arrests thanks to an anonymous tip submitted through Central MS Crimestoppers.
KPD Investigator Greg Collins told Breezy News that Ricky Lucket Jr., 27, and two juveniles have been arrested for burglaries at two businesses in Kosciusko.
The burglaries took place during the early morning hours of May 23 and May 24 at Spaceway and Tally’s Tobacco Mart, respectively.
One of the juveniles has been charged with two counts of commercial burglary, while Lucket and the other juvenile are charged with one count of burglary.
The arrests came less than 24 hours after officers received a tip submitted through Central MS Crimestoppers.

After receiving numerous tips, these three burglary arrests are the firsts that were aided by tips through the nationwide crime fighting organization.

Kosciusko and Attala County recently joined the central MS branch that includes Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Copiah, Simpson, Warren, Scott, Smith and Leake Counties.
