A Durant man has admitted that he robbed a bank in his hometown last year. Curtis Lee Williams, 21, held up a BankPlus branch on July 7th, 2022, dressed in all black and wearing sunglasses, a wig and no shoes. What he didn’t know was that his loot included marked bills. And he was caught after he used some of the money to buy three guns from a pawn shop in Kosciusko. He was arrested in Durant. Williams will be sentenced in March and faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
