At 9:28 am Attala Deputies, The Mississippi Highway Patrol, MedStat EMS, Carmack Volunteers along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a two vehicle MVA on highway 35 north near the Carmack Community Center. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and reported that there were no injuries and they just needed a report.
At 11:14 am Attala Deputies and The Mississippi Highway Patrol were called to the 2000 block of highway 12 east for a report of a one vehicle MVA. The caller said they swerved to avoid hitting a dog and wrecked. No injuries were reported.
At 5:11 pm Attala Deputies, The Mississippi Highway Patrol, MedStat EMS along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a 2 vehicle MVA at the highway 35 South and Highway 19 intersection. Sheriff Tim Nail arrived on scene and notified responding units that there was no road blockage and no injures reported. He told EMS to continue on to check to occupants to be on the safe side.
