At 2:29 pm Attala Deputies were called to highway 35 north approximately 3 or 4 miles from Kosciusko. The caller said a red Ford Mustang ran off the road. They said everyone appeared to be ok. Deputies were notified while en-route that the vehicle was pulled out and had left the scene.

At 7:05 pm Attala Deputies, The Mississippi Highway Patrol, MedStat EMS, Zama and Providence Volunteers along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a one vehicle MVA on highway 19 south. The caller said it was close to the county line. Emergency personnel were advised to look for a gray Dodge Charger. No injuries were reported.

At 8:54 pm Kosciusko Police and MedStat EMS were dispatched to the 200 block of Carter Street for a report of a stabbing. MedStat was instructed that the victim was at the corner of Carter and Peeler Street. Medics checked the subject but medical transport was refused by the victim. He told officers he did not know the name of the ones that attacked him.
