Emergency Dispatches: January 26, 2020


At 9:22 am Attala Deputies notified dispatch that they found a lady passed out on the side of the road on Attala 4167. She told Deputies that she suffered from seizure and blood pressure issuers. MedStat was called.

At 11:21 am Kosciusko Police were called to Glendale Apartments. The caller said her window was broke out. No injuries were reported.

At 4:44 pm Kosciusko Police were called to Wal-Mart for a report of a shoplifter.

At 6:35 pm Kosciusko Police, MedStat EMS along with City Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a two vehicle MVA on highway 35 south in front of Kangaroo Crossing.  Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle having rolled and on it’s top. Firefighters said one lane of traffic was blocked. No injuries were reported. The Kosciusko Police Department will be in charge of the investigation.

At 7:34 pm Attala Deputies, The Mississippi Highway Patrol, Sallis Volunteers, MedStat EMS along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a car that struck a pedestrian.  The caller said it was on highway 14 west near Attala Road 4002. The female sustained a broken leg and was transported to St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson for medical treatment.
