At 10:56 am Kosciusko Police and City Fire were called to a report of a car fire on highway 12 east in the parking lot of Approved Cash. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and notified dispatch that there was no fire. According to City Fire the owner said that there was smoke coming from under the hood. They disconnected the battery before any damage was done. No injuries were reported.
