At 7:08 am Kosciusko Police, MedStat EMS along with City Fire and Rescue to a report of a two vehicle MVA. The caller said it was located at the North Wells and West Jefferson Street intersection. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and noted that one lane of traffic was blocked. No injuries were reported.
