At 12:38 pm Attala Deputies, The Mississippi Highway Patrol, MedStat EMS along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a two vehicle MVA on Highway 35 South near Attala Road 1022. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and notified responding units that they had one patient complaining of arm pain.
At 7:08 pm Kosciusko Police were called to Wal-Mart for a report of a shoplifter. They were also informed that an assault was involved. Management said they were in the personnel office.
