At 11:38 am Kosciusko Police were called to Veteran’s Memorial Drive near Knox Road for a report of a minor auto accident. No injuries were reported.
At 2;23 pm Kosciusko Police were called to the parking lot at AT&T for a report of a minor auto accident. No injures were reported.
At 6:12 pm Kosciusko Police and City Fire were called to highway 12 west at the Hickory Hills Apartment for a report of a downed power line. The caller said it was sparking and smoking. Emergency personnel stayed on scene until Entergy arrived to repair the line.
At 8:30 Attala Deputies were dispatched to Industrial Park Road. The caller said that the occupants of a car and a truck were shooting at each other. They were unable to give any description of the vehicle or tag numbers. They said they were traveling north when last seen. Kosciusko Police were also notified in case they headed back into the city.
