The Ethel Tigers softball team has advanced to the 2nd round of the 1A playoffs.
The team swept Lumberton in its opening round series this weened.
Ethel won Game One 17-2 Friday night and Game Two 14-1 on Saturday.
In the 2nd round series, which will begin Friday in Ethel, the Tigers will face Enterprise – Lincoln.
Game One will be in Ethel Friday, April 26 at 5:00 pm and Game Two will be Saturday in Brookhaven at 2:00 pm.
If a Game Three is needed, it would be in Ethel on Monday, April 29.
