The Ethel Tigers softball team is moving on to the 2nd round of the MHSAA 1A Playoffs.
The team defeated Leake County 16-0, 16-0 in a double header in Ethel Wednesday afternoon.
In the 2nd round, the Tigers will play in the winner of the series between Simmons and Lumberton.
That series will be played next weekend with Ethel hosting game 1 and going on the road for game 2.
